Detailed process:

First, the calcite is uniformly and quantitatively fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The calcite is crushed to a small piece of crushed stone by a smashing machine. After the particle size is less than 30 mm, it is filtered by a vibrating screen and then into a bucket. machine. Then, through the vibrating feeder, the calcite is sent to the T130X reinforced Calcite Processing Machine for grinding. After that, the material is filtered by the air from the blower into the classifier along with the pulverizing power. Thereafter, the calcite powder meeting the fineness requirements is blown into the bypass powder collector with the air flow, and then separated and collected. Finally, they are discharged through a discharge valve to become a finished powder. The powder that does not meet the fineness requirements is again returned to the Calcite Processing Machine and ground again until it is completely completed. After that, we will get a calcite powder with a particle size between 0.074 and 0.038 mm.
